Services

Services included in your contract include:

• Walking through your house or condo every week to check for:
  • Vandalism or forced entry
  • Plumbing issues
  • Roof leaks
  • Water damage 
  • "Unwanted guests" 
• If repairs or pest control are required, we will contact contractors to get bids and monitor their work. You will be responsible for the costs of these services.
• Monitoring the propane level during the winter months.
• Adjusting the thermostat as needed.

Additional services available for an additional charge:

• Plowing your driveway as needed. 
• Shoveling walkways or decks.
• Making extra visits.
• Unlocking cars.
• Unlocking homes.
• Making home keys.
